-       Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hung Luong, Deputy CEO, from the tasks of CEO and Legal Representative effective from May 15, 2021.

-       Appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Non, Member of the Board of Directors, as CEO and Legal Representative of Thac Mo Hydro Power Joint Stock Company for 04 years effective from May 15, 2021.
