According to Board resolutions, Tai Nguyen Corporation announces the change of personnel as follows:

-          The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Ba Huan as CEO cum Legal Representative.

-          The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Luu Quang Minh as CEO cum Legal Representative.

-          The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nguyen Ba Huan as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors cum Deputy CEO.

-          The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Vu Tuan Hoang as Standing Deputy CEO.

Effective date: May 12, 2021.
