DAH: Board resolution on borrowing On May 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of Dong A Hotel Group Joint Stock Company approved to borrow capital from Board members as follows:
1) Borrowing VND30 billion from Mr. Tran Minh Tuan, Member of the Board of Directors, for 12 months with zero interest rate;
2) Borrowing VND20 billion from Mr. Pham Huy Thanh, Member of the Board of Directors, for 12 months with zero interest rate;
3) Approving to use the above VND 50 billion loan to pay taxes, loans and increase the Company's working capital:
a) The Company’s taxes: VND8,781,432,577
b) Lending Dong A Hotel Tourism Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of DAH, to pay taxes with an amount of VND315,644,363
c) Paying principal and interest amounts to individuals with an amount of VND40,000,000,000
d) Increasing the Company’s working capital: VND902,923,060. HOSE
