CEE: Board approves an agreement with CII

On May 24, 2021, the Board of Directors of CII Engineering and Construction JSC (HOSE: CEE) approved transactions between CEE and Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII). Accordingly, CII will prepare a VND140-billion financial resource so that CEE can implement the construction of traffic works in De Lagi Project with the total value of construction agreement of VND278,198,516,228.
