SHI: Establishing Vietnamfutures The Board resolution dated May 26, 2021, the BOD of Son Ha International Corporation approved to contribute capital for establishing the Vietnam Futures Exchange (Vietnamfutures) with the following details:
- Company name: Vietnam Futures Exchange Joint Stock Company
- Head office address: Floor 13rd. Capital Place Building, 29 Lieu Giai, Ngoc Khanh Ward, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.
- Charter capital: VND150,000,000,000 (SHI contributed VND45,000,000,000, accounting for 30% charter capital of Vietnam Futures Exchange Joint Stock Company).
- To appoint Mrs. Tran Kim Dung as representative of contributed capital of SHI in Vietnam Futures Exchange Joint Stock Company.
