CNG: Notice of change of personnel

On May 14, 2021, the Board of Directors of CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (stock code: CNG) approved the following issues:

1)      To approve the resignation of Mr. Bui Tuong Dinh from the Board of Directors. The resignation will be submitted to the 2021 Annual General Meeting for approval.

2)      To nominate Mr. Nguyen Huu Thang to replace Mr. Bui Tuong Dinh as Member of the Board of Directors and to be voted by the 2021 Annual General Meeting.
