The Board resolution dated March 31, 2021, the BOD of Noibai Cargo Terminal Services Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to establish the Internal Audit sub-committee under the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving to appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha as Head of Internal Audit sub-committee of the Company from April 01, 2021.

3)      Approving to appoint of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Phuong as member of Internal Audit sub-committee of the Company from April 01, 2021.
