HSL: Establishing Internal Audit Board

The Board resolution dated March 30, 2021, the BOD of Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to establish the Internal Audit Board under the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving to appoint Mr. Le Anh Tuan – Independent member of BOD as Head of Internal Audit Board of the Company from March 30, 2021.

3)      Approving to appoint of Mr. Dang Quoc Hung – member of Supervisory Board as member of Internal Audit Board of the Company from March 30, 2021.
