GEG: BOD resolution on buying shares of TGE

The Board resolution dated April 01, 2021, the BOD of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the additional purchase of shares with total value of VND 290,000,000,000 of Tien Giang Wind Power Joint Stock Company (TGE) to raise charter capital of TGE from VND 200,000,000,000 to VND 490,000,000,000.
