SBV: Board approves transactions with related parties

According to the Board resolution dated March 11, 2021, the Board of Directors of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company approved transactions with Global AAA Consulting Company Limited.  

Accordingly, the agreements and transactions with the value less than 35% of the total assets in the latest financial statements will be decided by the Board of Directors; and the agreements and transactions with the value from and more than 35% of the total assets in the latest financial statements will be decided by the general meeting of shareholders.
