LEC: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

According to the Board resolution dated March 04, 2021, the Board of Directors of Central Power Real Estate Joint Stock Company (LEC) approved an agreement between the Company and a related party as follows:

-          Approving the design-build contract for the first floor of D Block of Wyndham Soleil Da Nang Project with PPC An Thinh Da Nang Corporation, with the contract value of 19,711,389,819 dongs.
