Tay Ninh Cable Car Tour Company announces Board Resolution No.01/2021 dated March 02, 2021:

The Board of Directors approved to extend the loans in the loan agreement dated February 13, 2020 as follows:

-          Borrower: Cat Ba Sun Co., Ltd.

-          Head office: Chan hamlet, Dong Bai commune, Cat Ba district, Hai Phong city 

-          Loan limit: VND126,300,000,000.

-          Interest rate: 9.5%/year

-          Grace period: 03 months

Details:

1)      Loan agreement No.1 dated February 14, 2020:

• Loan limit of VND38,700,000,000
• Extended from February 14, 2021

2)      Loan agreement No.2 dated February 19, 2020:

• Loan limit of VND87,600,000,000
• Extended from February 19, 2021.
