PGD: Board approves the addendums of gas agreements

On February 24, 2021, the Board of Directors of Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company (PV Gas D) issued the following resolutions:

-          Board Resolution No.11 approving the adjustment to the gas price for the first six months of 2021 of the Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement in Vietnam's Southern and Northern region between PV Gas D and PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation;

-          Board Resolution No.11 approving the adjustment to the gas price for the first six months of 2021 of the Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement in Vietnam's Southern region between PV Gas D with CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Southern Gas Trading Joint Stock Company.
