AAA: BOD resolution on planning the public offering

The Board resolution dated March 04, 2021, the Board of Directors of An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to implement the plan for the public offering of shares:

-          Expected execution time: Quarter 2/2021 after being approved the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

-          Expected declaration time for auction regulation:  Quarter 2/2021 after being approved the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

2)      Approving the plan to handle the unsold shares:

-          The unsold shares will continue to be distributed to other investors that decided by the Board of Directors.

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the offering.
