KPF: The certificate for public offering extended

On February 22, 2021, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam approved the extension for public offering of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Certificate for Public Offering No.348/GCN-UBCK dated December 31, 2020 was extended to the end of April 29, 2021. During the extension, Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company must complete the share distribution.
