The Board of Directors of Sao Ta Foods Joint Stock Company approved the report on capital contribution into Khang An Food Joint Stock Company:

-          Investment by assets: 121,727,428,599 dongs;

-          Investment by cash: 58,672,571,401 dongs;

Total investment: 180,400,000,000 dongs (accounting for 77.09% of the charter capital of Khang An Food Joint Stock Company)
