SMA: BOD approved the result of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019

The Board resolution dated January 13, 2021, the BOD of Saigon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving a report on the result of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2019:

-         Number of shares expected to be issued:1,331,505shares

-        Number of distributed shares: 1,331,337 shares

-        Number of distributed shareholders: 273 shareholders

-        The fractional shares cancelled: 168 shares

-        Total shares after issuing: 20,352,836 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 20,352,836 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-        Charter capital after the issuance: VND 203,528,360,000.

2)      Approving to raise its charter capital to VND 203,528,360,000, equivalent to 20,352,836 shares.

3)      Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 1,331,337 shares.
