KHP: BOD approved the record date to issue shares for capital increase

The Board resolution dated July 31, 2020, the BOD of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company approved the record date to issue shares for capital increase as follows:

-          Record date: August 20, 2020

-          Expected issue volume: 16,020,518 shares

-          Issue ratio: 40% (shareholder who owns 05 shares will receive 02 new shares).

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 154 shares. With 40% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 154 * 40/100 =61.6 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 61 new shares and fractional shares of 0.6 will be cancelled.

-          Place to receive subscription:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (Address: 11 Ly Thanh Ton, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa).
