On July 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Tan Viet Securities Incorporation (TVSI) approved a plan for private placement of bonds as follows:

-          Maximum issue volume: 200,000 bonds

-          Maximum issue value: 200,000,000,000 dongs

-          Par value: 1,000,000 dongs/bond

-          Bond type: non-convertible unsecured bond, without warrants

-          Currency unit: VND

-          Bond term: 10 months

-          Issue date: August 2020.
