HDG: BOD approved to issue VND 150 billion bonds

The Board resolution dated July 28, 2020, the BOD of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company approved to issue VND 150 billion bonds in the second private placement in 2020 (non-convertible bond, secured and no warrants with the par value of VND 100,000,000/bond). Accordingly, total proceeds from the private placement (estimated) of VND 150,000,000,000 will be used to contribute capital in Ha Do Thuan Nam Wind Energy Com Ltd to implement 7A Wind Energy project.
