DIG: Notice of the share issue for swap

Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation announces the share issue for swap as follows:

1)      Issuer: Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp)

2)      Head office: No.265 Le Hong Phong, ward 8, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province

3)      Name of stock: Stock of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation

4)      Stock type: common share

5)      Par value: VND10,000/share

6)      Expected issue volume: 3,548,950 shares

7)      Purpose: Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: DIG) will issue 3,548,950 shares to exchange for the shares of DIC Tourist and Trade JSC (HNX: DCD) according to the merger agreement.

8)      Swap ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 DCD share will receive 1 DIG share.)

9)      Date of swap: expected in June 2020 or according to other announcements by the Vietnam Securities Depository.
