- December 28, 2006: It was listed on HOSE with charter capital of VND 67.7 billion.
- 2012: Increased the charter capital to VND164.46 billion.
- 2013: Increased the charter capital to VND170.8 billion.
- 2015: Increased the charter capital to VND265.8 billion.
- August 10, 2020: Delisted from Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
- August 18, 2020: Traded on the UPCOM market.
