DIG: DIG receives a certificate for share issue

According to the resolution of the 2019 extraordinary general meeting dated November 08, 2019, the shareholders of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (short name: DIC Corp) adopted the plan for merger of DIC Tourist and Trade JSC (HNX: DCD) into DIC Corp (HOSE: DIG). Accordingly, on January 07, 2020, the Board of Directors of DIC Corp approved the application dossier for share issue for swap. On May 06, 2020, DIC Corp received a certificate for registration for share issue for swap by the State Securities Commission.
