YBM: Notice of change of audit company

The Board of Directors of Yen Bai Industry Mineral Joint Stock Company (YBM) decided to sign an audit agreement with A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd.. Accordingly, A&C Auditing and Consulting Co., Ltd. will replace AFC Audit Viet Nam Company Ltd. to audit YBM’s financial statements in 2019.
