NTL: Approving the record date to collect shareholders' opinion

    Based on decision dated April 01, 2020, the Board of Directors of Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company (NTL) approved the record date to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

-       Record date: April 14, 2020.

-       Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-       Time of implementation: from April 21, 2020 to May 06, 2020

-       Content:

• Approving the percentage of 2019 cash dividend payment is 25%.
• Approving the selection of A&C Auditing and Consulting Com Ltd as the auditor for the financial statements in 2020.
