The Board resolution dated April 01, 2020, the Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock company approved to transfer 5,118,900 shares of Nam Mu hydropower Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-       Time for implementation: before May 08, 2020.

-        Transfer price: as the market price

-        Transfer method: order matching or put through.
