SPD: Cancellation of record date for 2020 annual meeting of shareholders

Pursuant to Document No.48/CV-CT dated 30th March 2020 of Danang Seaproducts Import-Export Corporation regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2020 Annual general Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows: Cancelling the shareholder list for holding 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 20th March 2020. 
Reason for cancellation: to ensure the health and rights of the shareholders and strengthen the prevention of Covid-19 spread
