BSI: Board resolution on the contracts with BIDV

On April 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company (abbreviation name: BSC) approved transactions and contracts on the bonds of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (abbreviation name: BIDV). Accordingly, the Board of Directors adopted the policy on providing the services for the bond issue to raise funds of BIDV including consulting, issue agent, depository agent and payment agent.
