On April 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company approved to contribut capital to establish Lam Vien Tourism Services Company Limited (owned by Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company) as follows:

-       Name of new company (estimated): Lam Vien Tourism Services Company Limited

-       Charter capital: VND40,500,000,000.
