SII: SII updates its charter capital after a stock issue

On March 13, 2020, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation posted Board Resolution No.01/2020 regarding the completion of stock offering for capital increase in 2019. On March 16, 2020, the Company continued to announce Board Resolution No.01/2020 approving the report on the result of stock issue.

However, due to typing errors, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation would like to correct the information as follows:
