To increase capital for business operation
- From 100 billion dongs to 200 billion dongs: to invest in government bonds, bonds secured by the government; to invest in certificates of deposit, valuable paper.
- From 250 billion dongs to 350 billion dongs: to pay for bonds due to maturity and lend margin trading loans.
