Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange announces the cancellation of shares auction of Power Generation Joint Stock Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO 3) in Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company (VSH) as follows:

        Until 16:00 on April 10, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction of the purchase of shares of Power Generation Joint Stock Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO 3) in Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company (VSH). Therefore, based on Article 15 with Decision No. 792/QĐ-GENCO3 dated March 20, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares of Power Generation Joint Stock Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO 3) in Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company (VSH), this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
