Vung Tau Environment Services And Urban Project Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of the registration to participate in the competitive offering of People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province in Vung Tau Environment Services And Urban Project Joint Stock Company (VESCO) as follows:

     Until 16:00 on March 24, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the competitive offering. Therefore, based on Article 14 with Decision No. 102/QĐ-SGDHCM dated March 12, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on registering to participate in the competitive offering of People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province in Vung Tau Environment Services And Urban Project Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
