Notice of Cancellation of Auction
The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of shares auction of People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province in Vung Tau Environment Services And Urban Project Joint Stock Company (VESCO) as follows:
Until 16:00 on February 28, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No. 75/QĐ-SGDHCM dated February 17, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares of People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province in Vung Tau Environment Services And Urban Project Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
