HDC: Hodeco wins the auction of land use right
Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (Hodeco) has won the auction of land use right for 8,479.7 m2 (including 2,293.5 m2 of residential land and 6,186.65 m2 of transport land) in the West Residential Housing Project of 3/2 Street. The wining price is VND29,200,000,000.
With the auction wining of land use right for 8,479.7 m2, Hodeco can transfer another 15 villas, equivalent to 3,742.48 m2 of residential land.
