Vinh Long Public Works Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction
The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of shares auction of People’s Committee of Vinh Long Province in Vinh Long Public Works Joint Stock Company (VIPUCO) as follows:
Until 16:00 on January 22, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 11 of Decision No. 13/QĐ-SGDHCM dated January 10, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares of People’s Committee of Vinh Long Province in Vinh Long Public Works Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
