Notice of Cancellation of Auction
The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of shares auction of People’s Committee of Ben Tre Province in Ben Tre Urban Project Joint Stock Company (BENTREPCO) as follows:
Until 16:00 on February 24, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No. 54/QĐ-SGDHCM dated February 12, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on the selling of shares of People’s Committee of Ben Tre Province in Ben Tre Urban Project Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
