South Chemicals Import – Export Joint Stock Company: Notice of Cancellation of Auction

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of the registration to participate in the competitive offering of Vietnam Nation Chemical Corporation in South Chemicals Import – Export Joint Stock Company (SOUTHCHIMEX JSC) as follows:

     Until 16:00 on April 01, 2020 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the competitive offering of Vietnam Nation Chemical Corporation in South Chemicals Import – Export Joint Stock Company. Therefore, based on Article 14 with Decision No. 123/QĐ-SGDHCM dated March 20, 2020 promulgating the auction regulation on registering to participate in the competitive offering of Vietnam Nation Chemical Corporation in South Chemicals Import – Export Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
