GIL: BOD resolution on receiving the transfer of shares

The Board resolution dated April 27, 2020, the BOD of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (GIL) approved to receive the transfer of 99.99% shares of Hung Khang Real Estate Joint Stock Company.

   To appoint Mrs. Le Thi Ai Linh as representative of contributed capital of GIL in Hung Khang Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
