TTB: Board resolution on the postponement of annual general meeting

On March 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Tien Bo Joint Stock Company (stock code: TTB) issued Board Resolution No.51/2020/NQ-HDQT approving to postpone the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 due to COVID-19 coronavirus epidemic. Accordingly, the Company would like to extend the postponement no later than June 30, 2020.
