FCM: Notice of postponement of annual general meeting

FECON Mining Joint Stock Company (stock code: FCM) has received the approval by the Department of Investment and Development of Ha Nam Province regarding the postponement of the 2020 Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, the 2020 Annual General Meeting will be convened no later than June 30, 2020.
