VNE: Board resolution on the postponement of annual general meeting

To comply with the recommendation of the Ministry of Health of Vietnam to limit crowded events to safeguard shareholders and community due to the Covid-19 Epidemic, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: VNE) decided to postpone the 2020 Annual General Meeting and will convene the meeting at an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.
