MBS: BOD approves the result of stock issuance to raise capital The Board resolution dated March 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of MB Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1. Approving the result of handling the undistributed shares:
- Number of undistributed shares to continue to sell: 5,004,638 shares
- Selling price: VND 10,000/share
- Number of registered shares to buy and pay: 0 share
- Undistributed remaining shares volume: 5,004,638 shares
2. Approving the result of stock issuance to raise charter capital:
- Issue volume: 47,211,689 shares; Of which:
+ Offering public: 35,000,000 shares;
+ Stock issuance to pay dividend: 12,211,689 shares.
- Number of registered shares to buy and pay: 29,995,362 shares
- Actual issue volume: 12,211,442 shares
- Number of undistributed shares to continue to sell: 5,004,638 shares; Of which:
+ Number of undistributed shares: 5,002,445 shares;
+ Number of fractional shares due to rounding: 704 shares
+ Number of registered shares to buy and pay: 0 share
