SGT: Decision on contributing capital in associated company

On March 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation approved to contribute capital in SkyX SaigonTel Joint Stock Company with the contribute value of VND 3,480,000,000, equivalent to 30% charter capital of SkyX SaigonTel.

    To appoint Mr. Le Ngoc Tuan as the representative of stake of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation in SkyX SaigonTel Joint Stock Company
