KDH: Board resolution on the postponement of annual general meeting

On March 24, 2020, the Board of Directors of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: KDH) issued Board Resolution No.08/2020/NQ-HDQT approving to postpone the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly, the Company would like to extend the postponement until June 30, 2020.
