PLP: Notice of postponement of annual general meeting

Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (stock code: TNI) decided to cancel the record date (March 18, 2020) of the 2020 Annual General Meeting and delay the 2020 Annual General Meeting, which was scheduled to take place in April 2020, until further announcement.
