SRF: Notice of postponement of annual general meeting

To safeguard shareholders and community before the Covid-19 pandemic, Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (stock code: SRF) decided to postpone the 2020 Annual General Meeting, which was scheduled to take place on April 10, 2020, until another appropriate time.
