ANC11601: Increasing charter capital

Based on decision dated March 27, 2020, Agro Nutrition International Joint Stock Company approved the additional shares issuance to existing shareholders for capital increase. Details are as follows:

-       Offering volume: 21,400,000 shares

-       Par value: VND 10,000/share

-       Total value: VND 214,000,000,000

-       Charter capital after the offering: VND 1,014,000,000,000, equivalent to 101,400,000 shares.
