    The Board resolution dated February 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2019 as follows:

+ Approving the resignation of 01 member of BOD for the period 2018 – 2023;

+ Approving the additional election of BOD member for the period 2018 – 2023;

+ Plan for the profit distribution in 2019 and plan for 2020;

+ Remuneration of BOD, Supervisory Board and Directorate in 2020;

+ Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2020;

+ Other issues.
