LBM: Adjustment of record date for holding AGM 2020 & dividend payment

The Board resolution dated February 12, 2020, the Board of Directors of Lam Dong Mineral and Building Materials Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the record date for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2020 and the second cash dividend for 2019 on March 20, 2020 (instead of March 21, 2020).
